    At Nutrien Ag Solutions, it is our obligation to our interns to provide the tools, resources, and experience they need to be successful. The goal of our Location Internship is to ensure our interns understand and experience all facets of our retail crop inputs business. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Location Intern’s roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    What you will do:

    • In coordination with Branch Manager and Crop Consultant, Intern will provide accurate scouting reports and recommendations based on crop stages and weed identification
    • Assist in product deliveries to customers, with timeliness, efficient communication, and required paperwork
    • Support crop consultants with seed treatment, including deliveries and tracking seed inventory
    • Understand and assist the process of fertilizer blending
    • Assist in loading/mixing/applying pesticides, gaining understanding of the importance of including proper adjuvants, mixing order, temperature, other field/weather conditions potentially influencing application
    • Make safety a daily priority
    • Able to work additional hours to meet business demands
    • Other duties as assigned

    What you will bring:

    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, problem solving, and organizational skills
    • Must be a self-motivated team player with the desire to succeed
    • Strong time management capability
    • Proficient use of computer programs to include Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
    • Valid Driver’s License
    • CDL endorsement preferred
    • Must pass pre-employment drug screen
    • Must meet DOT and Company requirements
    • Willingness to learn
    • Able to work additional hours to meet business demands
