Summary

  • Position Summary This position consists of 24 hours per week.
    • The SCU/SD Support Partner, under the direction of a SCU/SD RN or attending physician, facilitates the provision of patient care. This will include performing tasks contributing to the functional operation of the SCU/SD Unit, as well as the comfort of SCU/SD patients and visitors.
  • Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
    • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is strongly preferred. MOAB Training recommended.
    • License/Certifications: Current State of Maine CNA certificate is strongly preferred.
    • Experience: N/A
    • Basic Computer Skills
    • OSHA-MSDS sheets and procedures.
    • Operation of Office Equipment and patient call system.
    • Good telephone etiquette.
