Amie Dugan is Director of Marketing and Communications for Special Olympics North America. Prior to coming to Special Olympics International, Amie served as Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Special Olympics Florida where she oversaw all marketing, communications and media efforts. Amie has served on Special Olympics’ global brand task force, Marketing and Communications Committee, and Risk Management and Insurance Task Force. Previous to Special Olympics Florida, she worked for the Walt Disney World Company and the Juilliard School of Music. An active Special Olympics volunteer and Unified Partner, Dugan is a second generation Special Olympics volunteer as her mother was a coach and County Coordinator in Michigan. Dugan was inducted into the Special Olympics Florida Hall of Fame in 2011.
