Job Description

Patrona Corporation is looking for motivated individuals ready to support Submarine Maintenance Engineering Planning & Procurement (SUBMEP) for Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) in Kittery, ME as a General Clerk III in the Technical Data Center (TDC).

Job Type

Service Contract Act (SCA) Full-Time

Work Model

This is an onsite position, and you will work in-person on the client site.

Compensation

This is a Service Contract Act position, and the hourly rate and health & welfare benefit is based on the applicable Wage Determination.

Security Clearance

Must have OR be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a general clerk or other equivalent role.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Open, disarm, close, arm and secure the Secure Room (Vault).
  • Assure Secure Room procedures are followed.
  • Maintain a listing of technical drawings and CD's.
  • Conduct library searches of technical documentation or references or other sources.
  • Maintain and request technical manuals, reference material, drawings, or other media.
  • Maintain training information, books, and DVDs for employee checkout.
  • Maintain up to date Desk Guide.
  • Provide guidance to customers on the operation of various media or applications.
  • Maintain logs and catalogs up to date.
  • Inventory classified and non-classified technical manuals and training materials (both electronic and hardcopy) and prepare report of findings.
  • Log CONFIDENTIAL classified documents checked in and out, reporting unreturned items or discrepancies to the Government point of contact.
  • Provide Advance Technical Information System (ATIS) Compact Disc(s) to the Information Technology Department for loading onto servers and other computer devices.
  • Maintain current versions of assigned NAVSEA documents via TDMIS.
  • Process updates of Higher-Level Technical Documents (HLTD) in TDC system.
  • Record Revisions, Changes, Updates and Advance Change Notices (ACNs) to Technical Publications and Technical Publication CD-ROMs in the database.
  • Provide a weekly posting of TDC updates.
  • Maintain log of classified and unclassified mail.
