ELS is hiring for the position of Beach Shuttle Bus Driver in Wells, Maine.What you'll do:
The Bus Driver provides scheduled transportation services for seniors and ensures that company vehicles operate in an optimal condition.
Your job will include:
Ensure the safety of all passengers.
Assist passengers as they enter and exitthe vehicle as necessary.
Complete a comprehensivedailywritten inspection of the company vehicle and report any conditions of concern to the Property Manager.
Ensure the completion of routine maintenance of the vehicle.
Ensure that the vehicle is clean and free of debris.
Experience & skills you'll need:
High school diplomapreferred.
Valid Class B driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC), Form MCSA-5876.
Ability to safely operate a commercial motor vehicle in accordance with all local, state, federal and Department of Transportation regulations.
Current knowledge of highway safety rules and regulations.Ability to successfully pass drug, background and driving record screenings.
