The Senior Presales Solutions Architect provides high-level customer support in the consultation, planning, design, and implementation of virtual and cloud-based solutions along with necessary professional services and supporting technologies. The Solutions Architect typically interfaces with the client's senior managers including C-Level, VP, and Directors. The Solutions Architect will support sales activity as a pre-sales engineer, attending customer meetings in person, by phone or on a video conference to determine customer needs and propose solutions in the data management arena.

Key Responsibilities
Maintains SME level competency in specific practice technical areas and Partners with sales team to drive business outcomes aligned with core Blue Mantis technologies
Maintains proper documentation and life cycle of the data in Blue Mantis storage backend
Collaborate with other practices to drive business and cross-practice support
Influence all assessment tools and processes
Scoping and architecture of network infrastructure solutions
Capture tactical and strategic goals for network infrastructure projects
Project handover documentation (design, architecture, and reference documentation)
Produces and influences network roadmaps that advance Blue Mantis network practice
Plays key role in solution development and partner alignment
Leads the innovation of our network services
Provide enterprise network solutions that support efficient and secure environments
Lead proof of concept (POC) engagements to vet solutions and products
Managing opportunities in SalesForce
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Experienced developing Architectural and design documents
Produce thorough and precise documentation
8 to 10 years' experience in delivering network infrastructure projects
Previous Pre-Sales experience required
Experience with routing, switching and security products and solutions (Cisco, Fortinet, zScaler, Palo Alto)
Experience with cloud networking and infrastructure (AWS, Microsoft Azure) Experience with network protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP
Experience in wireless technologies, data center ACI/VXLAN, SASE/ZTNA
Expert level knowledge in network design and applications of the design
Ability to communicate intent through network documentation and presentations
Knowledge of advanced network technologies such as network virtualization (NFV)
Vendor Certifications are a plus - Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, zScaler
Has effective communication skills & Has strong presentation skills
Support Sales training & Involved in continuous education through Udemy and other means
Focused Sales Training is a huge plus
