As a Clinical Sales Account Manager, you take pride in representing Baxter and our products. The Clinical Sales Account Manager drives the generation of Baxter Hillrom Rental Therapy product sales. In collaboration with the Account Executive and specialty sales partners, develop and implement sales strategies that deliver comprehensive solutions to customers within the assigned territory or account base.

What you'll be doing

  • Drive overall revenue attainment across assigned accounts by developing and implementing sales strategies that deliver comprehensive solutions to customers. Conduct negotiations with customers to finalize sales and achieve product revenue goals by ensuring new product success.

  • Collaborate with internal sales and service partners to seamlessly serve shared accounts.

  • Coordinate customer sales support activities across assigned accounts by leading customer business reviews and collecting evidence-based outcomes data associated with the assigned portfolio.

  • Ensure post-sales customer satisfaction and improve perceived return on investment.

  • Accurately forecast accounts, including close dates, order volume, and delivery timeframe.

  • Travel as required to lead assigned territory and to attend regional/national meetings.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or 4+ years of validated experience selling products in the healthcare field.

  • Capital/durable medical equipment solutions selling is preferred or 3+ years of hospital leadership experience to include handling staff, leading budgets, and communicating innovative ideas to executive-level healthcare customers.

  • 5+ years of critical care nursing experience highly preferred.

Travel Requirements:

  • Travel up to 40%, with overnight travel expected, occasional Regional and National travel.

  • Must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to drive an automobile.

  • Territory: Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $60,000 to $132,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for commission.
