Summary
The Sr. Director of Acute Ambulatory Services is responsible for the oversight of key programs for substance use disorder, psychiatric, and co-occurring treatment within multiple Maine Behavioral Health (MBH) Hospital outpatient departments: Substance Used Disorder (SUD) Hubs, including all Integrated Medication Assisted Treatment (IMAT) programs, the Psychiatric Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) throughout MBH.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and working with department leaders and medical directors, the Senior Director plans and directs key programs and supports the overall management of the department consistent with the vision and values of MaineHealth and MBH. With a staff of over 50 and three direct reports, the Senior Director will ensure excellence in patient care, compliance with regulatory agencies, and fiscal responsibility.
