The Training Coordinator assumes responsibility for delivery, monitoring, and analysis of the workplace violence Prevention training programs, collaborating with MaineHealth Care at Home and MaineHealth managers, directors, clinical staff, security and safety personnel and other system leadership to provide educational activities that supports the adoption and implementation of workplace violence prevention training.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education: High School Diploma/GED or Bachelor's Degree preferred
License/Certifications: CPI Instructor Certification within 3 months of hire.
Experience: A minimum of three years' experience within a training environment and/or training role.
Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot independently.
Ability to apply critical thinking skills.
Professional and effective verbal and written communication.
Project Management experience preferred.
