Summary

  • The incumbent for this position will assume responsibility for all administrative duties for the COO and operations leadership. Duties are typically complex, confidential and require a high level of discretion and initiative.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Development and maintenance of tracking Excel spreadsheets for financial, compliance, task, and administrative information
    • Development and update of PowerPoint presentations
    • Provide administrative support to committees of the Board of Trustees
    • Attend off-site rounding and help monitor requests for assistance
    • Other administrative support as needed
  • Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
    • Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. AS/BS preferred.
    • License/Certifications: CPS preferred.
    • Experience: 10+ years of administrative assistant experience suggested; business and management training preferred.
