Job Description
The Implementation Consultant for ERP Prois responsible forprovidingconsultative services including but not limited to business analysisandconfiguration.
Work with our innovative software solutions that help local government and school districts centralize data and connect their organizations. By working to develop and support our financial management solutions, you can help integrate our solutions with human resources, revenue management, tax billing, and asset management.

- Lead team meetings
- Training and process improvement
- Mentorship
- NET (New Employee Training)
- Reverse Shadows
- Become a Buddy for New Hires
- Electric package (TOU, KVAR, Demand, Net Metering)
- UB Multiple Cycle go lives
- 20,000+ UB accounts
- Ability to handle escalations and create resolutions for red flags and roadblocks
- Ability to implement AR conversions, manual setups and import tasks
- Ability to implement Community Development conversions and manual setups.
- Work with management on future goals and stretch projects
- Creates team documentation with little to no guidance
- Deliverables met internally and externally
- Ability to implement all CIS modules and consultant tasks (Discovery, Configuration, Perform Testing, and Go Live) as well as have a strong understanding and ability to implement:
Utility Billing
Mobile Service Orders
Accounts Receivable
Licensing
Permitting
Mobile Inspections
Code Enforcement
Cemetery
Sales tax
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Case Management and Business Process Management solutions similar to Tyler Technologies' ERP Pro platform
- Expert at Object Oriented Analysis and Design techniques
- Knowledge of relational database terminology modeling and design techniques
- Extensive experience facilitating formal requirement sessions
- Discovery/Elicitation and Design workgroups
- Able to connect project's objectives with organization's strategic goals.
- Able to facilitate large group of multidiscipline participants to agree on common objectives using advanced techniques to brainstorm, reduce conflicts, and identify solutions.
- Expert at eliciting the actual needs of stakeholders, not simply their expressed desires.
- Ability to travel 15% and a valid drivers license
