The Cloud Infrastructure Engineer combines software and systems engineering to build and run large-scale, distributed, fault-tolerant systems deployed on private or public cloud platforms. This position will ensure the infrastructures services supporting Tyler's applications maintain uptime and reliability. Additionally, focus on optimizing existing systems, building infrastructure, and eliminating work through automation using the latest guidelines set by the enterprise security, engineering, and development guidelines.

• Engineer and maintain systems that support coreinfrastructureservicesfor Tyler'sprivatecloud.
• Maintain,migrateand troubleshoot Tyler's VMware Cloud environment on AWS (VMC).
• Accountable for backend AWS services related to the support of VMC.
• Administer and manage Tyler's public cloud infrastructure leveraging industry leading cloud services including AWS, GCP and Azure.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
• Work with 3rd party vendors to troubleshoot and implement technologies.
• Use automation tostreamline manual tasks.
• Research complex technical problems, formulate recommendations, and build technically sound and scalable solutions.
• Prepare and maintain documentation on operational tool sets and cross-train personnel on their use and maintenance.
