The Licensing and Certification (L&C) Data Support Analyst is responsible for insuring stability of the operational system(s) as well as maintain the integrity of the data within the Licensure and Certification team. This role accomplishes this by analyzing system data from users within the department, leverage reporting tools to drive visibility and the oversight of data transfers/integrity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Protect and insure the stability of the operational system(s) as well as maintain the integrity of the data they contain.
  • Assess issues and impacts associated with applications support and business processes.
  • Work independently on escalated issues.
  • Conduct application testing (UAT and validation) and provide database management support as needed.
  • Create and maintain documentation as necessary for operational and security audits.
  • Manage L&C system support inbox
  • Complete special projects and manage projects as assigned.
  • Work with Corporate apps support to resolve tickets related to Village Systems etc.
  • Work with System developers and Sr. BA to investigate/resolve issues with data flow
  • Help identify new technology solutions and support process changes to drive Continuous Improvement
  • Complete all ancillary reports, dashboards and assigned projects within established timeframes
  • Maintain confidentiality of all company and personal information in accordance with DaVita policies
  • Consistent, regular, punctual attendance as scheduled is an essential responsibility of this position
  • Other duties and responsibilities, as assigned, including, but not limited to:
    • Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training, as needed
    • Participate in company meetings and conference calls, as required
    • Assist with coverage during staffing shortages and leaves of absence
  • Know, understand, and follow teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred - progressively demonstrated responsible work experience in related area may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Experience in the following areas is considered relevant and essential
    • Project management/coordination
    • Salesforce dashboards and basic administration / Tableau
    • Query based logic and design (SQL, VBA, etc.)
    • Healthcare Regulatory Field - desired
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Access (or other web-based database programs) required; Proficient knowledge of PowerPoint desired
  • Proven cross functional team building and coordination

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
