Summary
For a limited time MaineHealth is offering up to $3,000 Sign on bonus for all eligible experienced Pharmacist Technicians
Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.
Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

Position Summary This position consists of 40 hours per week.

Working under the direct supervision of the Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician assists by performing technical functions relative to the handling and distribution of pharmaceuticals and related clerical tasks.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
-
Education: High School diploma or GED is preferred.

License/Certifications: N/A

Experience: Ideal candidate will have experience working in the healthcare field, including pharmacy.

Must be a fast learner, highly reliable and possess the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.

Legible handwriting and familiarity with computer usage required.

Must be eligible for Pharmacy Technician licensure and must be licensed as Pharmacy Technician with State of Maine prior to start date.
